V7N - Popular Webmaster Community is for Sale?

I was wondering but one of the most popular webmaster community V7N is for sale on Sitepoint today. What happened John? Is there any issue? :p, Well, I noticed early this week that their blog is banned on Google. Anyway, anyone have ideas what can be the reason behind the sale of this popular community?
Shock thing is Seller is expecting $2,20,000 for whole deal, which is half of revenue of a year 2007. It seems too cheap, so definitely a good deal.
